1. Final Sales & Measurements
Because waist beads are intimate adornments crafted to individual measurements, all sales are final. Once hand-threading begins in our studio, commissions cannot be cancelled, modified in size, or refunded.
2. Measurement Specifications
Clients are solely responsible for providing correct measurements when ordering. Please consult our Sizing Guide to secure correct high-waist or mid-hip placement options.
3. Shipping & Import Duties
We route packages globally using premium couriers like DHL Express and FedEx. Any local customs duties, taxes, or processing charges required on import are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Maintenance & Damaged Strands
Perle Rare guarantees structural alignment for 48 hours following delivery. Should defects occur within this window, we will replace your strand. Beyond 48 hours, daily care (keeping threads dry, chemical restrictions) is the buyer's responsibility.
